We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, accurate inventory management, and adherence to safety standards while leading a team of warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Coordinate and manage warehouse staff schedules, tasks, and performance
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
Oversee loading/unloading of goods and proper handling of materials
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns
