Job Description
We are looking for a talented Design & Estimation Engineer with expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and Civil works. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing designs, preparing BOQs, and providing technical support for project bids and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare design drawings and calculations for MEP and Civil works.
• Develop BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Review and analyze design specifications, drawings, and contracts.
• Perform value engineering to optimize costs and enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal project teams.
• Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and technical clarifications.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and company standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in estimation and design for MEP and Civil projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and estimation tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.
