Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Generate leads, book appointments, or convert calls into sales (if applicable).
Record customer information, feedback, and call details accurately in the CRM system.
Maintain a positive and courteous attitude with customers at all times.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and KPIs.
