Responsible for making and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance plans for stores in the region.
Handles daily task distribution, follows up with technicians, manages spare parts, and deals with vendors and contractors.
Mostly field work (80%), with regular reporting on maintenance progress and budget.
Requirements:
Nationality: Filipino preferred
Language: Good English is a must
Location: Must be living in Dubai
Transportation: Must have own car (job requires frequent travel)
Experience: 2 to 3 years in maintenance field
