Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Administrator with a strong focus on software systems, analytics, and
business applications. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with problem-solving abilities,
ensuring smooth functioning of our IT ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional IT support – it requires
analytical thinking, deep familiarity with business software tools (particularly Zoho applications, AI Productivity tools), and the ability to
independently implement digital solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of Zoho One application (CRM, Projects, Books, Analytics, People).
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT / AI productivity tools.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage IT projects.
• Knowledge of basic networking, cloud storage, and data security practices.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or software systems management.
• Experience with Zoho ecosystem is mandatory.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and workflow automation tools.
• Certifications in IT systems or business software (preferred, not mandatory).
