Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implement cleaning protocols for the job site, ensuring they comply with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Supervise the organization and preparation of supplies and equipment for the project.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials are stocked and properly maintained for job site operations.
• Provide on-site leadership, ensuring all cleaning and sanitation work is executed to the highest standards.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.
• Supervise janitorial staff, ensuring they follow proper cleaning protocols and safety standards.
• Handle urgent requests or changes to cleaning schedules with a flexible, solution-oriented approach.
• Implement and maintain a quality assurance program to consistently meet and exceed cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety training for janitorial staff. Investigate and report workplace accidents or incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Train, and manage a team of cleaning staff. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
Experience/Skills Requirement:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Managing Cleaning Contracts
• Able to Manage a multi-national staff 300 or more
• BICSc Certified, desirable
• NEBOSH/IOSH qualification, desirable
• Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
