Cashier

The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. This role involves operating a cash register, processing sales, managing returns or exchanges, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Operate cash registers, scanners, and other point-of-sale systems.

Accurately handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.

Assist customers with questions, complaints, or concerns.

Bag or package purchases as needed.

Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
