Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience.

Scan items, process sales, and handle all payment types (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments).

Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed.

Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.

Assist customers with inquiries or direct them to appropriate staff.

Maintain cleanliness and order at the checkout area.
