Store Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support store staff in daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies.

Monitor and drive store performance to meet or exceed sales targets.

Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

Assist in recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff.

Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.

Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented.
