Requirements:
• Experience in specialty coffee
• Knowledgeable in coffee brewing, dialing in, and espresso extraction
• Able to handle opening and closing shifts
• Strong understanding of coffee beans, grinders, and recipes
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
Responsibilities:
• Preparing high-quality coffee to our standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Providing excellent customer service
• Following daily opening & closing procedures
