With over 10 years of hands-on experience, I've loved the work of keeping technology running from fixing Defective POS terminals to managing a workshop. I believe my experience would be a great fit for your team.
Currently, I’m a Senior POS Technician with Geidea Solutions in Jeddah, where I lead a maintenance workshop. My day-to-day involves making sure every terminal is tested perfectly, managing our inventory, and leading a great team. Before this, my roles at Careem and Alhamrani Universal gave me a strong foundation on not just hardware repair, but also in understanding what users need to get back up and running quickly.
A few things I’m particularly proud of:
• I’ve successfully managed workshops for more than 5 years.
• I have technical experience across major POS brands like INGENICO, VERIFONE, and PAX, and I’m good at diagnosing problems both on the hardware and software sides.
• I fix machines, but I'm really helping people by finding the quickest, most reliable way to solve the problem, so their work isn't interrupted for long
On top of my Computer Hardware and CCNA certifications, I’m capable of using MS Office and ChatGPT, and comfortable with English, Arabic, and Urdu.
While I’ve built a strong skill set, what I’m really looking for now is a new challenge in a role where I can continue learning, pick up new technologies, and grow my career for the long term. I have a feeling that opportunity might be with your company.
