Lease details:

• Installments paid x 6 : 13,798.68 SAR
Bank Transfer Conditions (Al Rajhi Bank)
• All dues must be clear at the time of transfer (no unpaid installments or liabilities).
Buyer eligibility:
• Minimum salary: 10,000 SAR
• Bank approval is mandatory.
Salary account rule:
• The buyer’s salary must be credited to Al Rajhi.
Processing fee:
• SAR 250 + VAT, payable by the buyer.
Insurance:
• New insurance policy will be issued in buyer’s name.
• Any existing insurance balance must be settled.
Traffic & documents:
• No unpaid traffic violations (seller & buyer).
