I am Mithilaj, I'm an Indian, and I am currently seeking job opportunities in the IT field,

I have spent the last 3 years working in Riyadh and Dammam as an IT Support Specialist and IT Support Technician, gaining experience across various industries, including FMCG and Construction.
I have 10 years of work experience in IT. I have held roles such as IT Support, Desktop Support, IT Technician, Computer Technician, Network Support, and IT Help Desk in both India and Saudi Arabia. In addition, I have 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Software Administrator (Minerets).
I have completed MCSE, CCNA, and CCNP, and have a strong understanding of computer hardware and networking.

Managing the Head office and project Office IT Infrastructure
Handling Active Directory, switches, and access points.
Creating various group policies in AD and firewall settings.
Managing VLANS.
Handling Backup (Acronis) and Antivirus (Malwarebytes).
Office 365 administration.
Supporting Office 365 Applications ( Onedrive , Sharepoint , Teams , and Outlook )
Troubleshooting Computer/Laptop Problems
Troubleshooting and managing printers.
Managing IP phones (Yealink, Grand Stream).
Managing the Video conferencing system ( Grand Stream )
Managing and monitoring the FortiGate firewall.
Providing monthly IT awareness sessions.
Providing training and guidance to end-users on IT systems, applications, and security best practices.
Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot system and network issues
and handling all IT services.
