Job Title: Sales Representative – Field / Office

Job Objective:
To represent the factory and promote plastic products with the goal of increasing sales by attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients, in line with the sales targets set by management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Market and sell manufactured plastic products to existing and potential clients (distributors, wholesalers, factories, retail stores, etc.).
• Understand the features of plastic products and present suitable offers tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct regular field visits to clients and distributors within the assigned geographical area.
• Follow up on orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction with both service and product.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, and payment terms in accordance with the factory’s policies.
• Collect and analyze market data and reports related to competitors and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the production department to ensure the availability of required quantities at the right time.
• Follow up on payment collections and ensure compliance with financial agreements with clients.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of a diploma, preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the sales of plastic or industrial products.
• Good knowledge of plastic product types, manufacturing methods, and applications.
• Strong communication skills with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field visits.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve defined sales targets.
