Responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Dell EMC Products and Huawai.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting storage performance, connectivity issues, and hardware failures.
Replacement Dell EMC parts SSD,HHD and MB Replacement.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating to senior engineers when required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in field service roles (preferably in Dell EMC Products).
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
Willingness to travel and work on shifts.
