We are looking for an exceptional HR Specialist with proven expertise in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced and competitive market. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building the organization’s workforce by designing and executing robust recruitment strategies, managing complex hiring processes, and ensuring the selection of top-tier talent.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 7 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3 years specializing in talent Management.
Demonstrated success in hiring for senior, technical, and niche roles.
Expertise in headhunting, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent analytics.
Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ATS systems, HR technologies, and digital sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Ability To Communicate in the Arabic Language ( Verbal & Written )
