Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 7 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3 years specializing in talent Management.
Demonstrated success in hiring for senior, technical, and niche roles.
Expertise in headhunting, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent analytics.
Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ATS systems, HR technologies, and digital sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Ability To Communicate in the Arabic Language ( Verbal & Written )
