Location: Baish, Jazan – KSA
Requirements
• 12–15 years of proven experience in infrastructure projects (roads, wet utilities, dry utilities, earthworks, landscaping).
• Strong knowledge of EPC Design contracts and full design cycle (30%–60%–90%–IFC), including approvals and TQ/RFI procedures.
• Proficiency in reviewing drawings, BOQs, specifications, and issuing technical review reports.
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage engineering teams and coordinate with consultants, clients, procurement, planning, and construction.
• Familiarity with KSA/GCC standards and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks (or similar tools).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and risk management skills.
