✔️ Supervise and guide site engineers, subcontractors, and foremen to ensure quality standards and timely project progress across all civil and architectural works.
✔ Conduct inspections and testing processes, along with preparing and maintaining quality documentation (WIR, MAR, MIR,).
✔ Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly quality reports.
✔ Perform site inspections, witness tests (concrete cylinder strength, durability, steel tests), and follow up on results and compliance.
✔ Carry out detailed inspections of formwork, reinforcement, blockwork, tiling, marble works, waterproofing, Painting Works and foundations.
✔ Coordinate closely with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to resolve issues and ensure integrated solutions on-site.
✔ Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental requirements during all project phases.
