HC Chang Orthopaedic Surgery is a orthopaedic surgery clinic in Singapore by Dr Chang Haw Chong, an orthopaedic surgeon with 17 years of experience in surgical and non-surgical procedures. Dr HC Chang had once served as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in Changi General Hospital and as Deputy-Head of the Changi Sports Medicine Centre (CSMC).
