Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new prospects within the assigned territory.
Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with current and potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Keep accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales activities.
Educate clients on how our products and services can benefit them.
Promote and sell company products within the territory.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen the brand.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Attend meetings, events, and training sessions as required.
Report performance updates and insights to management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferred).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (required); Arabic is an advantage.
Valid Qatar Driving License (required).
