German/English Customer Care Agent

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their e-bike purchase journey and delivering an exceptional after-sales experience. You will be the voice of the company, ensuring that every interaction is smooth, efficient, and solution-oriented.

Your Role
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Assisting customers in choosing the right e-bike for their needs and budget
Offering accurate, detailed information about product features and specifications
Providing regular updates on order and delivery status
Handling after-sales questions, warranty claims, and potential issues such as missing parts or damage
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to support processes
Contributing to training and knowledge-sharing materials for the customer service team

Your Qualifications
Native or fluent German speaker, with strong written and verbal skills + B2 English
Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a genuine interest in helping customers
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Passion for sustainability, mobility, or tech is a strong advantage
Working schedule: 9am-17:30pm
