Manage material procurement, quantity take-offs, manpower planning, and resource allocation.

Ensure project progress aligns with schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.

Conduct inspections, oversee testing and commissioning, and ensure smooth handover.

Implement international standards (NFPA, ASHRAE, IPC, SBC) in all design and execution phases.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site teams for effective project delivery.
