Mechanical& Electrical Design Engineer

Control panel senior Mechanical design engineer:
 Design and develop mechanical components for MV switchgear or RMU, including enclosures, frames, busbar supports, and ventilation systems.
 Create detailed CAD models, technical drawings, and assembly instructions to guide manufacturing and assembly processes.
 Design ventilation systems and implement thermal management solutions to ensure that internal temperatures remain within safe operational limits.
 Perform thermal simulations to assess heat dissipation and optimize the design for efficient airflow and cooling.
 Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, such as IEC, ANSI, and UL, and meet client specifications and local regulatory requirements.
 Conduct safety assessments and incorporate features to mitigate risks related to electrical faults, arc flash, and mechanical failure.
 Work closely with electrical engineers, project managers, application engineers and Industrial engineering teams to ensure that mechanical designs integrate seamlessly with electrical components.
 Provide technical support during the manufacturing, assembly, and installation phases, troubleshooting mechanical issues and assisting with adjustments.
 Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design reports, material lists, assembly instructions, and maintenance guides.
 Maintain records of design revisions and support product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.
 Master SolidWorks software is mandatory.
 Very Good English level.
Control panel senior Electrical design engineer:
 Develop detailed electrical designs for MV switchgear systems, RMU, panels.. including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
 Specify and select components such as circuit breakers, transformers, relays, busbars, and protection devices based on project requirements.
 Design protection and control schemes for switchgear, RMU, panels.. including protection relays, metering, and control circuits..
 Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, bills of materials (BOM), Schematic Diagram.
 Prepare the wiring schedule Labels , as per the Factory requirement meeting the Standards.
 Identify opportunities for design improvements and cost optimization without compromising on quality or safety.
 Work closely with project managers, manufacturing teams, and procurement to ensure designs align with project schedules and budgets.
 Provide technical support during the manufacturing and installation phases, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues.
 Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and client-specific requirements, including IEC, ANSI, UL and relevant local standards.
 Participate in client meetings to understand requirements, present design concepts, and address technical queries.
 Provide engineering support for client inquiries, clarifying design details and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
 Use and master SolidWorks software
 Use and master AutoCad software.
 Very Good English level.
