Business Development Manager - (IT Solutions)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting IT products and services, including hardware, software, managed services, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.

Promote and sell IT products, solutions, and services (hardware, software, AMC, managed services, etc.).

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of leads, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
