About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative female tailor from the Philippines to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating modern, elegant, and sophisticated dresses for women — including evening gowns, abayas with a contemporary twist, and custom designs for special occasions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, cut, and sew modern and fashionable dresses with precision and creativity.
• Work with high-end fabrics (silk, satin, chiffon, lace, etc.) to achieve elegant finishes.
• Perform fittings, alterations, and adjustments to ensure perfect measurements.
• Collaborate on custom designs inspired by current trends in international and Middle Eastern fashion.
• Ensure excellent finishing quality, fine stitching, and detailed embellishments.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the workspace.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a fashion tailor or dressmaker.
• Proven portfolio or samples of modern dressmaking, couture, or evening wear.
• Strong knowledge of fabric handling, garment construction, and finishing details.
• Ability to work independently and deliver creative, high-quality results.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Passionate, detail-oriented, and fashion-conscious.
