Responsibilities:
Oversee all piping and layout design activities ensuring compliance with Aramco and ASME/API standards.
Supervise 3D model development and manage technical reviews at 60% and 90% completion.
Coordinate design integration among piping, equipment, structure, and electrical disciplines.
Review and approve technical deliverables, ensuring quality and schedule compliance.
Participate in client and HAZOP meetings and provide design clarifications.
Support construction and resolve technical design issues during project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Piping Design, or related fields.
Over 10 years of piping design experience in petrochemical or oil & gas projects.
Proven experience in overseas or Aramco projects.
Proficient in SmartPlant 3D, AutoCAD, and familiar with SAES, ASME B31.3, and API standards.
Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.
Willing to work in China and adapt to multicultural teams.
