QMIS Sr. Supervisor Job Description :
The basic function of the Sr. Project Quality Supervisor is to supervise all quality activities performed by inspectors in capital projects.
Supervise all aspects of inspection disciplines and give WORK direction to all inspection personnel in the assigned groups or in the remotely located units
Ensure adequately trained and certified personnel are available to meet the workload
Assure that all WORK is completed according to all applicable codes and standards and keep current of the latest developments in inspection standards, codes, practices, procedures, methods and inspection equipment.
Review/evaluate CONTRACTOR’s quality assurance/quality control systems, as necessary, and ensure Inspection Records (hard copy and electronic databases) are compiled and maintained
Make frequent visits to construction sites to resolve inspection related problems, or appraise adequacy of inspection services provided
Perform root cause analysis, assessments, and recommend short and/or long-term remedies
Provide technical support to Purchasing and Project Management in resolving problems concerning inspection methods and procedures for completing WORK within the scope and intent of applicable codes and standards
QMIS Sr. Supervisor Qualification and experience :
BS degree in Engineering In mechanical.
Having CSWIP 3.2.2. Certification.
Certified as ASQ Quality Manager or equivalent
Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent
Thorough knowledge of applicable US Codes, construction and maintenance procedures, and material testing procedures. Knowledge of SAUDI ARAMCO applicable standards and Schedule Q is preferred
Seventeen (17) years of inspection experience, with a minimum of seven (7) years inspection supervision or manager.
Saudi Aramco Experience will be preferred.
