Valid NHRA Nursing License (mandatory).
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent qualification).
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and good command of English.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in multidisciplinary teams.
Strong commitment to patient care, ethics, and professionalism.
