I want to give my 1bhk flat (Family/ Bachelor) situated at 17th street Mishaal, on rent by transferring from my Iqama to the Interested one's Iqama through AL Nahdi Real Estate.
Currently Ejar contract with my Iqama, Annual Rent 13k (including electric & water bill), payment mode quarterly 3,250 sar in Ejar. But you need to bear Iqama transfer cost (between 200 to 500 but final amount after confirmation from Al Nahdi) + 1150 they charge office & maintenance annual charge.
Along with my Flat I will sell my house hold goods like 1 year old ac, 1 year old washing machine, Fridge, bed, etc
