Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Maintenance
? Manage, monitor, and maintain the Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) application, database, and interfaces.
? Perform daily system health checks, batch monitoring, and job scheduling.
? Apply configuration changes, patches, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
? Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and reliability.
Technical Support
? Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for trade finance system incidents and service requests.
? Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues between FTI and other banking systems (e.g., Core Banking, SWIFT, DMS).
? Log, track, and resolve incidents within SLA through the IT service management system.
? Liaise with Finastra support and internal IT teams for complex issues (Level 3 escalation).
Integration & Interface Management
? Monitor and support interfaces between Trade Innovation and:
? Core Banking Systems (e.g., equation )
? SWIFT Alliance Access
? FCC , Fbmm,Compliance systems, etc.
? Perform reconciliation and data validation of interface transactions.
? Support automation scripts, message queues (MQ), and integration APIs.
Configuration & Deployment
? Manage user profiles, roles, and system access in accordance with IT security policies.
? Configure product parameters, workflow rules, and limits as per business requirements.
? Participate in testing and deployment of new system features, patches, and upgrades (UAT, SIT).
? Maintain documentation for configuration, setup, and technical procedures.
