Manage and monitor project timelines, identifying critical paths to ensure timely
achievement of project objectives.
Develop comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation
strategies to optimize overall project performance and efficiency.
Anticipate potential counterclaims and perform retrospective analyses for Extension of
Time (EOT) claims.
Develop, maintain, and regularly update project schedules using Primavera P6 and
Microsoft Project.
Identify and analyze potential risks impacting project schedules and propose effective
mitigation strategies.
Review BOQ, drawings, and scope of work to prepare detailed baseline schedules and bar
charts for all project phases—Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).
Develop and maintain short-term schedules (2–3 Week and 2–3 Month Look-Ahead) based
on the approved Baseline Construction Schedule and available resources (manpower,
materials, and equipment).
Prepare detailed Level 3 or Level 4 Baseline Schedules in coordination with the project
team, including timeframes, resource histograms, submittal logs, and cost loading.
Prepare S-Curves, daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for client submission.
Conduct equipment and manpower productivity analysis and perform Earned Value
Analysis (EVA) to assess project performance.
Monitor and control the progress of subcontractors across various disciplines to ensure
alignment with the overall schedule.
Identify variances between the planned and actual progress and recommend corrective
actions.
Report regularly to the Planning Manager regarding project progress, deviations, and
recovery strategies.
Participate in project coordination meetings and discussions with clients and internal teams
as required.
Update weekly progress data for Civil, MEP, Procurement, and Engineering activities.
Ensure project schedules are planned and executed in a safe, cost-effective, and timely
manner with optimal productivity.
Attend internal planning meetings to review and update project progress and forecasts.
