Dulux Alkali Killer is an oil-based alkali primer (dulux primer) that improves adhesion and resists alkalis and moisture. Clean, dry, stir; apply with roller, spray. Ventilate; avoid fumes and eye/skin contact; rinse eyes, seek help; keep from heat and children.
