1. Minimum five years’ experience working as a Recruitment Consultant.
2. AStrong communication skills in English and Arabic.
3. Able to manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
4. Confident dealing with school leaders, teachers, and educational organisations.
5. Professional, organised, and target-focused, with good relationship-building skills.
6. Comfortable working independently while being part of a remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the full recruitment cycle for teachers and education staff.
Build lasting relationships with schools and candidates.
Source, interview, and screen applicants.
Provide a professional and supportive service to both clients and teachers.
Work closely with the UK team to meet company goals.
