Stacker, Reclaimer & Shiploader Operator For Sulfur Forming (Pelletizer), Aramco Refinery

Experience in Refinery needed.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor sulfur forming/pelletizer systems to ensure product quality and production targets are met.
Control and operate stacker and reclaimer systems for proper stockpile management and material reclaiming.
Operate shiploader equipment for safe, efficient vessel loading in accordance with port and marine procedures.
Monitor control systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA) and respond to alarms or process deviations.
Conduct routine inspections, housekeeping, and minor maintenance activities on equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance, marine, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, environmental regulations, and sulfur dust control procedures.
Maintain accurate operational logs, loading reports, and shift handover documentation.
Participate in emergency response and safety drills as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or technical/vocational certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Operations.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience operating sulfur forming, pelletizer, or bulk material handling systems.
Experience with stacker, reclaimer, and shiploader operations in terminal or port facilities preferred.
Familiarity with DCS/PLC systems and control room operations.
Knowledge of sulfur handling safety standards and dust explosion prevention.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Preferred Skills
Experience in petrochemical, refinery, fertilizer, or export terminal environments.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of marine loading procedures and cargo documentation.
