Things to consider:
1) Families are welcomed (though there is no kitchen so please dont waste your time asking for it). Bachelors will be screened and will be preferred if only educated ones.
2) The rent includes Electricity and Internet bill.
4) It does not include a kitchen as mentioned, it's only one bedroom with an attached washroom
5) 3 months minimum period. Exceptions are charged more.
6) It contains a microwave and a fridge for your use. Cupboard, a twin bed, dressing table and study table as well as well.
