About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audio Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining audio systems to ensure high-quality sound production for events, performances, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and configure professional audio equipment and sound systems
Set up microphones, mixers, amplifiers, speakers, and recording devices
Monitor and adjust sound levels during events and performances
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for audio systems and equipment
Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure seamless audio delivery
Support live events, rehearsals, and recording sessions
Stay updated on new audio technologies and industry standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Audio Engineering, Sound Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in live sound, studio, or event audio engineering
Strong knowledge of audio consoles, digital systems, and sound equipment
Experience in live event environments preferred
Excellent technical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
Preferred Skills:
Experience with theater, concerts, and live performance audio
Knowledge of acoustic treatments and sound system audio
