Dear customer,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out on behalf of a client who is seeking a genuine and reliable supply of Bitcoin (BTC).
The buyer is prepared to transact on large volumes and is capable of purchasing up to 50,000 BTC with R&E.
Please find attached the buyer’s proposed transaction framework for your review. The key criteria for the deal are as follows:
1. The transaction must be completed face-to-face at the Buyer’s bank in Dubai.
2. The Buyer requires a 7/4% discount.
If you have a legitimate seller who can meet these conditions, we would appreciate receiving a formal offer or scheduling a call to discuss further.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
(B) Transaction Framework.
[Without SOF(Source of Funds) / KYC(Know Your Customer)]
1. Wallet Verification
• Both Buyer and Seller meet face-to-face at the Buyer’s bank office.
• Wallets of both parties are verified via a log-in / log-out demonstration to establish ownership and control.
2. Test Tranche Procedure
• The Seller initiates a test tranche transfer to the Buyer’s designated secure wallet address.
• The tranche size is determined solely by the Seller and may be set at:
• USD 10K.
• USD 50K.
• BTC 1.
• Note: During this process, both the Seller and Buyer remain in the bank office to avoid any lack of trust.
3. Validation & Settlement
• Upon receipt, the Buyer validates the cryptocurrency transaction on-chain.
• The Buyer immediately proceeds with the conversion of the crypto into USDT.
• Within one (1) hour of validation, the Buyer transfers the equivalent settlement funds to the Seller’s nominated wallet.
• Note: During this process, both the Seller and Buyer remain in the bank office to avoid any lack of trust.
4. Scaling the Transaction
• Once the test tranche is completed and both parties confirm satisfaction, the transaction framework extends to larger volumes.
• Tranche sizes and schedules are to be mutually agreed upon between Buyer and Seller.
• For substantial volumes, settlement may be executed in multiple tranches over several business days.
5. Commission Structure.
• Buyer Commission: 4%.
• Intermediary Commission: 3% (distributed as 1.5% on the Buyer’s side and 1.5% on the Seller’s side).
6. Notes & Conditions
• This framework is intended for execution without formal Source of Funds (SOF) or KYC documentation.
• All transfers are executed wallet-to-wallet, in compliance with the operational capacities of both parties.
Best Regards,
