Join Alrouf’s new AI & Software Division (powered by LeenAI) to help industrial and commercial clients adopt AI-enabled automation and integrations (quoting, ERP/CRM flows, RAG/LLM agents, OCR/CV, WhatsApp bots). You will own the technical sales cycle end-to-end: discovery → demo/PoC → pilot SOW/quote → acceptance → handover.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify leads, run discovery, and translate pains into a 6–8 week pilot with KPIs and Acceptance Criteria.
- Draft solution sketches (source → staging → warehouse → RAG/agents), deliver focused demos/PoCs.
- Write concise SOWs and quotes; coordinate with engineering to deliver pilots on time.
- Integrate with ERPs/CRMs (Odoo/Zoho/SFDC) and REST APIs; prepare basic security notes (RBAC, encryption, retention).
- Keep pipeline clean (MQL→SQL→Pilot→Rollout), forecast weekly, and document value (time-to-quote ↓, win-rate ↑, manual hours ↓).
- Follow PDPL best practices (minimal PII, purpose-limited processing, deletion on request).
What You Bring
- 3–6+ years in technical sales / pre-sales for B2B software (AI/integrations preferred).
- Hands-on comfort: Python/JS basics, REST APIs/Postman, vector DBs/RAG concepts, prompt/agent demos.
- Strong SOW/quote writing, discovery and executive communication (English essential; Arabic is a plus).
- KSA fit: transferable iqama, ability to travel (Khobar/Jubail/Riyadh/Jeddah as needed).
Compensation
- Base salary: SAR 14,000–20,000/month (DOE) + commission + standard benefits.
- Commission plan (illustrative): 2% on pilot POs (paid 50% on PO, 50% on pilot acceptance) and 1% on rollouts/renewals.
- Sample OTE: 6 pilots/year at SAR 120,000 each → SAR 14,400 commission; 2 rollouts at SAR 1,200,000 each → SAR 24,000 commission; total ≈ SAR 38,400 commission; annual cash ≈ SAR 206,400–278,400 including base (illustrative; final plan confirmed in offer).
