Software Sales Executive

We are looking for a high-performing Software Sales Executive specializing in ERP and HRM solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian markets, proven experience in software solution sales, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ERP and HRM software sales targets across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
Identify and approach potential clients, build strong business relationships, and manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in collaboration with technical and pre-sales teams.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and commercial contracts.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities through the company CRM.
Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
Work closely with management and marketing teams to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software solution sales, preferably in ERP and HRM systems.
Strong network and understanding of Bahrain and Saudi markets.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid GCC driving license and willingness to travel between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
