I bring over 20 years of IT experience, including more than 10 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP across SaaS Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and HCM. My experience includes managing Oracle Fusion environments, security administration, Functional Setup Manager (FSM), quarterly updates, ESS jobs, BPM workflows, Oracle Service Requests (SRs), environment refreshes, and post-implementation support.
Throughout my career, I have successfully supported Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments, ensuring system stability, business continuity, and effective user support. I am an Oracle Procurement Cloud Certified Professional and am currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
