We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive (Male/Female) to help identify, approach, and onboard vendors from various categories — from high-end brands to small-scale businesses. The role involves building strong relationships and ensuring successful vendor registration and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential vendors and suppliers.
Encourage and assist vendors to register and list their products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term cooperation.
Promote company offerings and highlight the benefits of partnership.
Support marketing and promotional efforts to increase vendor participation.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure vendor satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in retail or trading.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Must hold a Flexi Visa and be available to work independently in Bahrain.

Preferred:

Experience in vendor sourcing or supplier management.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Salary: To be discussed based on experience + incentives
