About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Travel Agent cum Business Development Executive to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the travel industry, particularly with Rehlat Travel API, and a passion for business growth and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage flight, hotel, and holiday bookings using travel APIs (especially Rehlat API).
Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
Coordinate with the technical team for API operations, troubleshooting, and ticketing processes.
Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to expand business channels.
Provide professional customer service and resolve booking or system issues efficiently.
Identify market trends and support strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Travel Agent or Business Development Executive in the travel or tourism industry.
Experience with Rehlat Travel API is mandatory.
Good knowledge of GDS systems and online booking tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
Experience with other travel APIs or OTA systems is a plus.
