2. Be responsible for System and Customers, provide quick responses and solutions
3. Record all events in SS ticket system
4. According to the impact and severity,be able to prioritize events and escalate issues
5. Assist Tech L2 Support in PROD issues
6. Assist Hardware Support and other teams in PROD issues.
7. Document and maintance system knowledge for team internally
1. Computer Science or related major
2. At least 1 year experience in IT support and services, warehousing experience is preferred
3. Excellent In Database SQL, crystal report experience is preferred
4. Basic IT knowledge in Linux,network and Database performance
5. Be patient and good at analysing situations in Customer Sites
6. Self-driven, customer-focused, striving to achieve customer success
