Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and passionate Healthy Food Cooks/Chefs to join our team in Makkah. The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of nutritious, balanced meal preparation suitable for hospitals, corporate catering, or health-conscious clients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook healthy, well-balanced meals according to set menus and dietary requirements.
Ensure freshness, taste, and presentation meet high standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor ingredient inventory and assist in menu planning.
Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in healthy or hospital meal preparation.
Knowledge of calorie control, nutrition balance, and dietary restrictions.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Team player with good communication skills.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
