About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Civil Site Supervisor to join our construction team for a project in Swabi. This is a perfect role for a practical individual with site experience and safety knowledge who thrives in a field-based environment.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of work, ensuring it follows drawings and maintains high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise and direct the construction crew on site according to project drawings and plans.
? Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to guide the work.
? Ensure all laborers use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow safety rules.
? Apply your safety knowledge (from NEBOSH or similar) to maintain a safe site, conduct Toolbox Talks, and report hazards.
? Manage the on-site distribution of materials and safety equipment.
? Report daily progress and any issues to the Project Manager.
? Reside on the job site for close supervision.
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
? Must-Haves:
? DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Civil or 1-2 years of proven experience as a Civil Supervisor.
? Ability to read and work from construction drawings.
? Basic safety knowledge/certification (NEBOSH IGC is a plus).
? Willingness to reside on-site in Swabi.
? Preferred:
? Local candidates from Swabi and surrounding areas are strongly preferred.
