I am a dedicated pediatric physician who has recently completed MD Pediatric Medicine training (Nov 2024) at The Children’s Hospital Lahore, one of the busiest tertiary-care pediatric centres in Pakistan. My four years of residency gave me broad and practical experience across Pediatric Emergency, Neonatology, Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology, ICU, Cardiac ICU, Gastroenterology, Neurology, and Bone Marrow Transplant units. Working in such high-pressure environments taught me to stay calm, think clearly, and provide safe, compassionate care to children and their families.
After graduation, I worked as an Associate Specialist in Emergency Pediatrics with ChildLife Foundation, where I handled acute emergencies and OPD services. Although I valued the responsibility and learning, I made the conscious decision to step away from my job to fully prepare for the MRCPCH examinations, as I am committed to strengthening my knowledge and aligning my career with international pediatric standards.
My earlier roles as a Medical Officer in emergency rooms, OPDs, rural health centres, and trauma settings further developed my ability to work independently, communicate well with families, and adapt to resource-limited situations. These experiences shaped my clinical confidence and deepened my understanding of the challenges children face across different communities.
I hold valid Pakistan medical & dental council registration and Saudi Professional Registration and essential life-support certifications including BLS, PEM, NELS, PELS, and ACLS. I am now looking for an opportunity, where I can contribute to a high-quality healthcare system while continuing to grow professionally. I am motivated, reliable, and deeply committed to providing safe, respectful, and family-centred pediatric care.
