I am an experienced IT Executive based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with hands-on expertise in technical support, system administration, troubleshooting, and IT operations. Since 2024, I have been responsible for managing daily IT activities, providing user support, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring smooth network and device operations within the organization.

I have strong skills in Windows OS, networking (LAN/WAN), printers, biometric devices, Microsoft Office 365, email configuration, CCTV, routers, and basic server management. I am also familiar with IT policies, security practices, data backup, and device monitoring. I manage user issues efficiently and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
