1)Preparing time by breaking down project work into activities, Developing
network plan & Scheduling work.
2)Develop short term schedules such as (2, 3 Week Look-Ahead and 2, 3Months
Look Ahead) based on approved Baseline Construction Schedule and actual
resources available (Manpower, Materials, Equipment.
3)Reading BOQ, drawings and scope of work to prepare detailed Baseline, bar
chart, for various phases of projects, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
4)Preparing detailed Schedule for the Project activities in Primavera (oracle P6).
5)Prepare & present all weekly and monthly progress reports to Senior
Management & Contractor.
6)Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project
management.
7)Preparing S-curve Plan V/s Actual of Engineering, Procurement & Construction.
8)Coordinated with the contractors and suppliers and maintained good working
relations.
9)Coordinating with MEP services and MEP Subcontractors.
10)Preparation of Subcontractors programs review and interlink with the baseline
program, progress monitoring.
11)Preparation Bill of Quantity (BOQ) as per CSI Division.
12)Quantity the completed work in preparing monthly invoices (IPC).
