Key Responsibilities:
Coordinated daily with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders under the Permit-to-Work and site
access before execution.
Reviewed shop drawings service layouts to anticipate and resolve clashes, obtaining approvals from
consultant authority having jurisdiction before fabrication or installation.
Manage refrigerant copper piping installation, including routing, jointing, brazing, pressure testing,
vacuuming, and insulation.

Check material availability and ensure correct usage on-site & Coordinate with other trades (civil, electrical,

Conducted onsite inspections, pressure & air leakage tests, and commissioning of HVAC systems including
balancing airflow & thermal testing, verifying sensors, controls, and operational performance as per

material approvals / test certificates were verified before use.
Handled troubleshooting of site issues (e.g. system noise, vibration, duct misalignment, insulation defects),

handover.
