Supervise daily MEP site activities and workforce.
Ensure installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems follows approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other discipline supervisors.
Inspect site works, raise inspection requests (IRs), and ensure quality compliance.
Monitor material availability and report shortages to the engineering and procurement teams.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site.
Follow up on work progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Enforce safety rules and ensure proper use of PPE for all MEP workers.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings when required.
Support testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems.
